Heard the learned advocate for the writ petitioner/applicant.

The writ petitioner approached the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal assailing an order of suspension dated 06.04.2026, that is the limited prayer made in the Original Application.

Before us, he wants to canvass another issue regarding a subsequent charge-memo or showcause being issued that this is not in accordance with law.

Such plea we will not permit, same having not been raised in the Original Application.

Insofar as the suspension order is concerned, no grounds have been urged to contend that the suspension order suffers from any illegality whatsoever.

The suspension order was also issued recently on 06.04.2026, we find no reason to interfere with the same at this stage.

In respect of the charge-memo issued subsequently, we leave it to the petitioner to avail his remedy in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.

In view of the dismissal of the Writ Petition, nothing would survive in the Original Application bearing O.A. No.96 of 2026. The same also stands dismissed.
