Inadvertent error has crept into the judgment delivered on 20th March, 2025.

In the cause title of the judgment, names of Mr. A. K. Singh and Mr. P. Chakraborty be recorded as learned counsels appearing for the petitioner in CRR 1620 of 2024 and Mr. A. Basu, Mr. S. Mahajan and Mr. N. Mukhopadhyay be recorded as learned counsels appearing for the petitioner in CRR 1621 of 2024 in addition to the names already recorded.

The department is directed to incorporate necessary correction accordingly.

This order will be treated as part of the judgment delivered on March 20, 2025.
