JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S. SIVAGNANAM, C.J.)

1. This intra-Court appeal is directed against the order dated 4th June, 2021 passed in W.P.A. No.1925 of 2020.

2. By the said order, direction was issued to the respondent/police to take effective steps for producing the respondent no.11 in the writ petition before the Court and the Commissioner of Police was directed to cooperate with the Kolkata Police for implementation of the order.

3. By efflux of time, the order and direction as worked itself out and at this stage, the question of interfering with the same does not arise.

4. Hence, appeal as well as the connected application stand dismissed.

5. However, this order will not prejudice the rights of the appellant in the other collateral proceedings.

6. No costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities. (T.S. SIVAGNANAM) CHIEF JUSTICE I agree.
