1. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the application, a compromise and settlement has been arrived at between the private parties. Accordingly, a memo of settlement has been entered into. Copy of the same as filed in Court is taken on record.

2. Report filed on behalf of the State is also taken on record.

3. Contention of the petitioners is supported by the learned counsel for the de-facto complainant.

4. Perused the case diary.

5. In view of the nature of allegations and the purported subsequent settlement arrived at between the private parties, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and the petitioners shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses.

7. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
