1. The writ application has been preferred challenging an order dated 7.4.2026 issued by the respondent authority rejecting the petitioner's prayer for installments facility for clearing the outstanding dues as passed in an order dated 28.4.2025 under Section 7A of the EPF.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent EPF authority has placed a circular issued by the respondent authorities dated 11th February, 2014 which provides for instructions on ground of instalment facility to establishment for liquidating the arrears.

3. On perusal of the said circular which provides for several terms and conditions for grant of such instalment facility this Court sets aside the order of rejection dated 7.4.2026.

4. The respondent authority is directed to consider the prayer of the petitioner for instalment as per the circular dated 11.2.2014 sympathetically and pass an order on granting a fresh hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law granting instalment facilities to the petitioner to liquidate all his dues within a specified period.

5. The respondent authority shall dispose of the said prayer afresh within sixty days from the date of communication of this order.

6. Accordingly, the writ application being W.P.A. 10572 of 2026 stands disposed of.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon completion of usual formalities. (Shampa Dutt Paul, J.)
