The petitioner submits that he has been dispossessed and all his articles have been removed by the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the private respondent(s), on the other hand, submits that the petitioner left the shop room

voluntarily which is the subject-matter of the writ petition.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities have started Jadavpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2025 under the relevant provisions of law.

Having considered that the police authorities have taken steps and the investigation of this case is in progress, I direct the police authorities to take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a logical period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10085 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to learned advocates for both the parties.
