Learned counsel for the State submits that a report dated 20th July, 2021 in the form of instructions given by the Shibpur Police Station is to the effect that in respect of the grievance of the petitioner, Shibpur Police Station Case No.113 of 2021 dated 01.05.2021 under Sections 384/306 of the Indian Penal Code has been started and investigation is on.

Statements under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of certain available witnesses have been recorded and a suicide note have been seized.

It is, therefore, directed that the investigation into the said FIR be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
