In the 6th line of the paragraph no. 5 of the second page of the said order, the expression "C.R. Case No. 349 of 2018" shall stand corrected to read as "C.R. Case No. 349 of 2015.

In the 5th line of paragraph no. 5 of the second page of the said order, the expression "learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jhargram" shall stand corrected to read as "learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Jhargram"

In the 5th line of the paragraph no. 5 of the second page of the said order, after the expression "G.R. Case No. 686 of 2013", "(Sessions Trial No. 16 of 2019)" shall stand included.

In the 8th line of the of the paragraph no. 5 of the second page of the said order, after the expression "G.R. Case No. 156 of 2015", "(Sessions Trial No. 06 of 2018)" shall stand included.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated January 19, 2024.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
