According to Mr. Kar, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor, the order of this Court dated February 19, 2024, in WPA 26994 of 2017 has already been complied with, by delivery of two cheques being No.009631 dated February 4, 2025, of Rs.5,00,000/- and No.009632 dated February 4, 2025, of Rs.1,72,562/-, to the writ petitioner.

The said fact has been conceded to, by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. He submits further that the petitioner has no grievance any further.

Considering the submission made by the learned advocates for the parties, the Court finds no further cause of action to be subsisting in the present contempt petition, for adjudication by the Court. Hence the application being CPAN 707 of 2024 is disposed of and dropped.
