By my order dated 9th July, 2021, the respondent authorities were directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner in facing the technical difficulty in filing the appeal since the impugned order is appealable. Today, submission has been made that petitioners have been allowed to file the appeal manually and for which petitioners need certified copy of the impugned order.

Respondents are directed to provide certified copy of the impugned order to the petitioners within seven days from the receipt of this order subject to fulfillment of the formalities. It is expected that the Appellate authority shall make endeavor to dispose of the appeal expeditiously.

Accordingly, WPA No. 10834 of 2021 is disposed of.
