Mr. Tanmoy Kumar Ghosh, Ms. Atulya Sinha ... for the State.

All the four petitioners stand implicated by statement made by neighbours with regard to the petitioners torturing the victim for dowry.

Materials in the case diary suggest requirement of investigation.

Enlarging any of the petitioners on anticipatory bail will be inimical to investigation.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1388 of 2024 is dismissed.
