We do not find any mitigating circumstance to get over the rigours of Section 37 of the NDPS Act in the present case. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail as prayed for. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 528 of 2022 is rejected. However, since the charge sheet has already been filed, we direct the trial to be expedited as much as possible. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
