The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for quashing or setting aside of the judgment and order dated 29.11.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 18th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas in Criminal Appeal No. 56 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. 4871 of 2011, pending before the learned 8th Judicial Magistrate at Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
