We do not find any mitigating circumstance to alleviate the rigour of Section 37 of the NDPS Act in the present case. Moreover, the petitioner's previous prayer for bail was rejected. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail as prayed for. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 529 of 2022 is rejected. It is expected that the trial shall be expedited. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
