It is submitted by the learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioners that in this matter certain typographical errors have come up which are to be rectified in the judgment dated 08.05.2025.

It is pointed out that at page 3 in ninth line of the judgment "31.32003" is to be replaced as "31.03.2003". At the same page at paragraph 2 in the seventh line of the said judgment "section 629A" is to be replaced as "Section 211(7)". At page 8 at paragraph 11 of the said judgment "Form No.29" to be replaced as "Form No.32". At page 9 at paragraph 11 "petitioner No.2 & 4" is to be replaced as "petitioner no.3 and 4" and "13.1.2004" is to be replaced as "30.1.2004" and at paragraph 12 in the last line "against 2 & 3" is to be replaced as "against 3 & 4" and at paragraph 13 in the eighth line "PetitionerNo 2 and 4" is to be replaced as "petitioner

no.3 and 4". At page 10 at paragraph 13 "petitioner no 2 & 4" is to be replaced as "petitioner no. 3 & 4" and "petitioner no. 3" is to be replaced as "petitioner no.2". At page 13 at paragraph 19 "Section 141" is to be replaced as "Section 211(1) read with Section 211(7)".

The department is directed to incorporate the above corrections in the judgment and order dated 08.05.2025.

This order shall form part of the judgment dated 08.05.2025.

The other portion of the judgment dated 08.05.2025 shall remain unchanged.
