He has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the minor victim was raped by the petitioner and her objectionable pictures were uploaded on a social networking site. Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence and bearing in mind the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
