The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred against the impugned judgment and order dated 18.02.2019 passed in MC No. 231 of 2013 under the Domestic Violence Act passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Serampore, Hooghly.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
