Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. It is open to the petitioner to appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within seven days from date and in the event the petitioner does so, the court below shall consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner in accordance with law in the light of the other attending facts and circumstances without being swayed by the rejection of prayer for anticipatory bail by this court.
