Learned counsel for the opposite party has filed a copy of the final order of the trial court wherein the opposite party herein has been acquitted under Section 248(1) of the Cr.P.C from the charge punishable under Sections 420/468/471 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the opposite party has also filed a copy of the memo of appeal being Criminal Appeal No.257 of 2022 preferred before the learned City Sessions Judge at Calcutta. The appeal has been filed by the petitioner in the present revision on 09.12.2022.

The present revision has been filed on 22nd April, 2019. The trial proceeded and the opposite party has been acquitted and it is on record that an appeal is pending.

Accordingly, the present revision and connected application has now become infructuous and accordingly disposed of being infructuous.

Copy of the said order and the memo of appeal be kept with the record.
