Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda along with Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Legal Remembrancer is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya learned advocates in due course. It is submitted on behalf of the State that this is a G.R. Case in connection with Bowbazar P.S.Case No. 295 dated 17.8.2006 where charge-sheet has been submitted. This revisional application was filed assailing that particular charge-sheet.

From the record, it appears that initially one interim stay was granted on 22.6/2011 thereafter, that stay order was extended by the order dated 26.8.2011. Lastly, again that interim order was extended till 3rd May, 2012 by the order of this court dated 23.11.2011. Thereafter, none appears even with a prayer for extension of interim order.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case, I find no reason to continue with this revisional application further. Thus, the revisional application stands disposed of. . The learned Registrar (Judicial Services) is requested to communicate this order to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court at Calcutta forthwith.
