We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in January, 2023. Petitioner had been enlarged on bail earlier but had violated the conditions of bail and had been rearrested. He has criminal antecedents. Keeping in the mind the aforesaid circumstances and the possibility of abscondence and abuse of the process of law being imminent, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
The application for bail is thus rejected.
