The petitioner is one of several accused persons. The petitioner says that she has been falsely implicated. She has been in custody for two years and three months. She has her child with her. Charge was framed on 28th February, 2020. Nothing has progressed thereafter.

The State draws our attention to the material in the case diary. There is sufficient incriminating material against

the petitioner. She is one of the prime assailants as it prima facie appears. Her earlier prayer for bail was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench on February 3, 2020 in CRM 1052 of 2020. There has been no significant change of circumstance after the first rejection of the petitioner's prayer. We are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer. Accordingly, CRM 4357 of 2021 is dismissed.
