Petitioner has substantially complied with the conditions of bail.

Accordingly, conditions of bail i.e. to remain within the district of North 24-Paraganas and to report to the Officer-incharge, Amdanga Police Station within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing once in a week are waived. Petitioner shall report to Biswanath Ghosh, Inspector, NCB, Kolkata once in a month until further orders. He shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing without fail. 4.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Hence, the application being CRAN 1 of 2024, is disposed of.
