Mr.. Narayan Prasad Agarwal along with Mr. Pratick Bose learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Legal Remembrancer is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal and Mr. Pratick Bose learned advocates in due course.

Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that though State has not been made party in this revisional application but State is a necessary party in the case where quashing of police case is involved.

However, this revisional application under Section 482 of Cr. P.C. was directed against the proceedings pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah in connection with Uluberia P. S. Case No. 472/2009 dated 18.11.2009 under Sections 147/148/149/323/436/153A/120B/379 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 9(B) of the Indian Explosive Act and Section 25/27 of Arms Act corresponding to G.R.Case No. 1322 of 2009. From the record, it appears that after 22.6.2011, none appears in the revisional application. Stay order has not been extended. Considering all facts and circumstances of this case, I do not find any reason to continue with this revisional application further. Thus, the revisional application stands dismissed. The learned Registrar (Judicial Services) is requested to communicate this order to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah forthwith.
