Mr. Samirul Sardar ... For the Petitioner. Ms. Sabnam De Bardhan ..... For the State. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 3rd April, 2024.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the private respondents are allegedly making illegal and unlawful construction on the subject premises of which the petitioner is the Bargadar.

On behalf of the State respondents, it is submitted that the disputes made by the petitioner and the private respondents are purely civil in nature. It is also submitted on behalf of the State respondents that the petitioner is the actual owner of the subject premises.

In view of the fact, that a representation filed as far as back in April 2024 has not been disposed of till S.D.

date, WPA 10982 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing respondent no. 7 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 3rd April, 2024 within a period of six

weeks from the date of communication of this order and in accordance with law after giving a right of hearing to all the parties.

It is made clear that there is no adjudication on the merits of the case and the respondent no. 7 is to act strictly in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation in this order and after hearing all the parties.
