1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Minor victims have been subjected to penetrative sexual assault. Their depositions corroborate the prosecution case.

3. Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

5. Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
