Mr.. Binay Kumar Panda along with Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Legal Remembrancer is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binary Kumar Panda and Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal learned advocates in due course.
Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that this revisisonal application was directed against the order of issuance of process by the learned 8th Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta and after 23rd February, 2012. None is appearing in connection with this revisional application and stay was not extended further.
From the revisional application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. I find that it was directed against the order dated 22.12.2010 whereby the learned Magistrate examined the complainant on S.A. and finding sufficient reasonable complicity for commission of offence under Section 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code,l issued process against the accused fixing on 21.3.2011 for S.R. I find neither irregularity nor any illegality in the order challenge to interfere.
Thus, the revisional application stands dismissed. The learned Registrar (Judicial Services) is requested to communicate this order to the learned 8th Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta forthwith.
