Mr. Roy, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner hands up a copy of a letter dated July 14, 2025 written to him on behalf of the writ petitioner and submits that as Railway has withdrawn the demand no. CKP/BR/Accident (Derailment)/Deepak Steel/3092 dated April 4, 2025 by a letter dated July 8, 2025, he has instructions to pray for withdrawal of the writ petition, being WPA 10114 of 2025.

The respondents are represented.

In view of the prayer made for withdrawal of the writ petition as above, WPA 10114 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

A copy of the letter dated July 14, 2025 along with its annexure being letter dated July 8, 2025 is taken on record.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
