Perused the case diary.

Considering the materials available in the case diary, including the statements of the victim as well as the local eyewitnesses and the fact that a proclamation has already been issued, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
