Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer or anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioners are the members of an organized gang which dishonestly took money from aspiring youth on the false promise of giving government employment. We have considered materials on record. Allegations against the petitioners and other accused are very serious. Statements of witnesses disclose complicity of the petitioners in the organized racket of taking money on the false promise of giving government employment.

In view of the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioners therein, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
