This is an application for bail.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

After considering the materials in the case diary disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged transportation of contraband article and keeping in mind that commercial quantity has been recovered from him coupled with no change in circumstances from the rejection of previous bail application on 16th March, 2022, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus rejected.
