Supriyo Chattapodhyay, Learned Senior Government Advocate has submitted on the last occasion i.e. 13th July, 2021 that he would personally look after the matter so that the pension can be granted to the Petitioner, the retired school teacher. Today, it has been submitted by Mr.

Chattopadhyay, Learned Senior Government Advocate that the pension payment order has been issued on 30th July 2021 and the petitioner has also come to know about that. A copy of the said pension payment order is handed over to the learned Advocate for the petitioner today in court and the copy of the said PPO has also been produced before this court which is kept on record.

Thus, the controversy comes to an end.

The writ application is disposed of.
