He submits that the deceased had violated his wife and assaulted her. He has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Senior Government advocate opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statements of the witnesses under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Prayer for bail was rejected on 23rd March, 2022 and since then there is no substantial change in circumstance. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to him.
