This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff/petitioner praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Barasat, North 24-Parganas to dispose of the Title Suit No. 1132 of 2023 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of a notice upon the opposite parties.

However, learned Advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to communicate a copy of this application and this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned Advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge. 4.

From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that June 17, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the petition filed under Section 7(3) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997.

In view thereof, CO/1575/2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Barasat, North 24-Parganas, to take up the hearing of the petition filed under Section 7(3) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997, on the next date fixed for hearing, that is, June 17, 2025, and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 6.

After disposal of the pending interlocutory applications, the learned Civil Judge is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No. 1132 of 2023 expeditiously.
