Learned Senior Government advocate opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the witnesses under Section 164 Cr.P.C. disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder. In view of the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to him.
