Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer or anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioner is the owner of the house wherefrom narcotic substance above commercial quantity was recovered.
We have considered materials on record. Petitioner is the owner of the premises wherefrom narcotic substance above commercial quantity was recovered.
In view of the nature of offence. we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
