Manuwar Ali Ms. Sujata Ghosh ..... for the petitioner Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey ... for the alleged contemnor The Report filed by the School Service Commission dated 7th June, 2022 indicates that the petitioner has come within the zone of consideration pursuant to increase of marks in Bengali and Child Development and Pedagogy. Learned counsel appearing for the Commission submits that since the petitioner has now been brought within the zone of consideration, the other papers namely, paper-II will now be assessed. WPCRC 219 of 2016 is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the Commission to complete the process of assessment of paper-II within four weeks from date. The petitioner will be given consequential relief upon such assessment being completed within the directed timeframe with an additional period of six weeks from the day on which the assessment is completed.

The Report and the affidavit-of-compliance are kept on record.

In Re: WPA 14719 of 2013 Since nothing further remains in the writ petition, WPA 14719 of 2013 is also disposed of.
