By this application, the petitioner seeks recall of the order dated May 30, 2022 passed in CRM (A) 2439 of 2022 rejecting the prayer for anticipatory bail.

The order dated May 30, 2022 records that the Hon'ble Court considered the materials in the case diary and after perusing the same and considering the gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime, the Hon'ble Court declined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Since the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was considered on merits and disposed of, we find no reason to recall such order.

Accordingly, the prayer for recalling of the order dated May 30, 2022 is rejected.

IA No.:CRAN 1 of 2022 is dismissed.
