Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary and submits that the petitioner is the principal accused. Having considered the materials in the case diary, the gravity of offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. CRM (A) 2440 of 2022 is dismissed.
