Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the parent order, of which contempt has been alleged, has been set aside by the concerned Division Bench in appeal.

A copy of the said judgment and order passed by the Division Bench is also handed over in court and is kept on record.

In view of the parent order having been set aside, there is no scope of sustaining the contempt application further.

Accordingly, CPAN 710 of 2024 is dismissed as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
