For the Applicant Mr. Santanu Kumar Mitra Mr. Abhishek Banerjee ..For the Alleged Contemnor Pursuant to the rule issued against the alleged contemnor Ms. Rachna Bhagat is personally present before this Court. One affidavit-of-compliance has been filed by the alleged contemnor which was affirmed on 5th October, 2023 and the same is taken on record. Learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor draws attention of this Court to the order dated 20th September, 2023 passed by the alleged contemnor which is at page 20 of the affidavit-ofcompliance which shows compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 18th May, 2022.

In the affidavit-of-compliance the alleged contemnor has tendered unqualified apology for causing delay in taking steps in terms of the order dated 18th May, 2022 and the same is accepted.

In view of the order dated 20th September, 2023 passed by the alleged contemnor it appears that the direction contained in the order dated 18th May, 2022 is complied with and accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of and the Rule is discharged.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to take steps in accordance with law against the order dated 20th September, 2023, if so advised. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
