Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is similar to the matter in which judgment has already been passed by this Court being WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh vs. State of West Bengal and others).

In view of the submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner, there is nothing to be adjudicated in this matter.

The petitioner has the liberty to follow the said direction given in the said judgment.
