The petitioner is the husband of the victim deceased. He is in custody about 455 days. A charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. Of the other co-accused who were named in the purported suicide note left by the victim, some were granted bail and one was granted anticipatory bail. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits as follows. The incident took place within 2 1⁄2 months from the date of marriage. The petitioner is the principal accused in this case.

In view of the reliefs granted to the co-accused and considering the custody already undergone by the present petitioner, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner shall be released on bail subject to the satisfaction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ragunathpur, Purulia on furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000 /- (Rupees Ten thousands) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local.
