Inadvertent typographical error crept in judgment dated 06.05.2025.

In after paragraph 19, at Page 6, the following paragraph be inserted.

"19.

It is submitted by the Learned Advocate for the appellant that the Insurance Company has already deposited a sum of Rs.25,000/- vide challan No.1030 dated 30.06.2023 and Rs.71,93,068/- vide Challan No.34411 dated 17.01.2024 before this Hon'ble Court. Therefore, the Registrar General of this Hon'ble Court shall disburse the awarded amount as passed by the Learned Tribunal along with interest @6% per annum from the date of filing of claim application till realization. Balance, if any, shall be returned back to the Insurance Company." a new paragraph Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered. Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the judgment dated 06.05.2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
