He has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Senior Government advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits trial is in progress. We have considered the materials on record including the statements of witnesses which prima facie discloses role of the petitioner as one of the miscreants who threw bomb at the deceased.

In view of the gravity of the offence and as trial is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application being CRM(DB) No. 1447 of 2022 is rejected. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
