Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal assailant. His bail prayer was rejected in October, 2022. Date has been fixed for recording prosecution evidence. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
