Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy and Mr. Prabhas Bhattacharya, learned advocates appeared for the State and submit that the criminal revisional application which has been disposed of on 14.02.2022 is of the year '2013' but, due to inadvertent typographical mistake the C.R.R. has been noted as "CRR 928 of 2011". Learned advocate for the State submits that the year of the revisional application may be rectified in the order dated 14.02.2022 as "2013" in place of "2011".

Let the year of the revisional application be rectified as "2013" in place of "2011" and be read as "C.R.R. 928 of 2013" Let a copy of this order be read conjointly with the order dated 14.02.2022.
