... For the State The petitioner has filed the instant application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure after being arrested in connection with Kumarganj Police Station Case No. 58 of 2021 dated 29.03.2021 under Sections 341/325/304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard the parties and upon considering the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail being CRM (DB) 1452 of 2022 is rejected.
