This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 5th Court at Howrah to dispose of Title Suit No. 932 of 2021 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this application this court finds that June 5, 2025 has been fixed has been fixed for ex parte hearing of the suit.

In view thereof, CO 1580 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 5th Court at Howrah to make an endeavour to see that Title Suit No. 932 of 2021 is disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
