Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 200 days and charge sheet has already been submitted and prays for an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

From the petition, it appears that the case involves possession of contraband articles of commercial quantity under the NDPS Act and the petitioner is in custody for 200 days.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of this case as expeditiously as possible. CRR 1823 of 2022 is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
